The room that I stayed in was recently refurbished, which I appreciated, though there were a couple of small details like a very rusty shaving mirror (it wasn't needed, as the upgraded mirror was excellent, so it could have been removed and the tile replaced) and a chair with obvious stains. "A big shout out to the staff which work here, very often you will stay somewhere and you’ll encounter 1 or 2 excellent staff with the rest just doing their job. This was not our experience at the Priory, every single member of staff acknowledged us with a friendly smile and an attentive attitude.
