• A magnificent panoramic terrace of more than 150 m2 with summer lounge, large table for 12 people and barbecue.

• A spacious, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (piano stove, American fridge, filter coffee maker and Nespresso) opening onto a large cathedral living / dining room with fireplace, bay windows: direct access to the panoramic terrace.
• 6 bedrooms:
- Small studio (independent access, 1st floor): master suite with a double bed 160x190, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bay windows with access to the private terrace with pool and Sainte Baume view.
- A master suite on the first floor with a double bed 160x190, a lion's foot bath, a walk-in shower, toilets. Bay windows with direct access to the terrace.
- A bedroom on the first floor with a double bed 160x190 (private toilet). Bay windows with direct access to the terrace.
- A bedroom on the 1st floor (access from the living room), with a double bed 160x190 and a private bathroom with whirlpool bath and sink.
- Two bedrooms on the 1st floor each with a 160x190 double bed with a play area between the 2 bedrooms.

RENTAL RATES:
Saturday 29 June to Saturday 13 July: 3900 € / week
Saturday 13 July to Saturday 31 August: 4200 € / week
Saturday 31 August to 2 November: 3500 € / week

During the period from 29 June to 31 August, the rental is for a minimum of one week.
Outside of these dates, please contact us to check availability. We are open to hosting one-off events, such as weekends with family or friends, photo shoots, filming, or other private events, in respect of the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee (approx. 4 hours with 2 housekeepers): €200
Deposit: €3,000 (uncashed)

OPTIONAL:
Bed linen and towels can be provided, for an extra charge of €25 per double room.

We are open to hosting one-off events, such as weekends with family or friends, photo shoots, filming, or other private events, while respecting the peace and quiet of the area.
Day Package / Weekend: Rate on request depending on the period.
