Any additional guests not listed on the reservation will not be accepted.<br><br>Each guest will be asked to present a valid ID once the reservation is confirmed and at check-in.<br>This property does not host bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or other similar events.<br>This property is located in a residential neighborhood, and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.<br>A noise policy is in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.<br>Guests must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived.<br><br>If you leave the property at a time other than the scheduled time—namely, 10:00 a.m. on the last day—without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a late checkout fee of €55.<br><br>If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be charged to guests for any damage caused to the property.<br>A penalty fee of €150 will be deducted from your security deposit if you smoke inside the property.
