We booked a room with sea view but got a room with pool view. We complained did not help. Room 1012. Per stay you can only eat one time in one of the two speciality restaurants The food in the italian restaurant was really good. Overall it was a great stay.

Der Urlaub war insgesamt wirklich super. Das Einzige, was man bemängeln könnte, ist das Badezimmer. Es war sehr klein und durch die nach innen aufgehende Tür war die Bewegung darin ziemlich eingeschränkt und etwas nervig. Essen, Personal, Sauberkeit alles tip top !

Hotel molto bello , il personale e veramente preparato e gentile, nei ristoranti si mangia benissimo , la spiaggia bella pulita con lettini comodi con materassi , i camerieri che continuano a passare chiedo se vuoi acqua caffè birra e altro , il mare bello e facile per entrare anche a chi non sa Nuotare , consiglio le camere vista piscina perché hai anche la vista mare

Very nice please food was good . Beach was amazing , service was excellent ,the manger. There Mr atef very nice guy , friendly I wich he was the manager of the rest of jaz groups, the only down. Thing is. The hotel toooooo quite u feel like u isolated it perfect for ppl who want escape life .there no pharmacy no market close by and if they open they don't deliver ,so make sure you have everything with. you. For sure will visit again in couple years or so

When locals would tell me about Marsa Alam, they would always tell me how great of a diving location it is, however they would always lower my expectations when talking about places to stay. Iberotel certainly contradicts all that I’ve been told. The hotel design is chic & modern. The lobby is beautiful so are the grounds, pool and restaurants. The rooms are on the smaller side but your day will be spent outside. The hotel is located on a bay with a stunning coral reef that is swimming distance and the bay is favorite place for sea turtles. The snorkeling experience will not disappoint. the hotel also has three restaurants to chose from. We tried all of them and the food was excellent in all. Overall, great experience. Thanks to GM Atef and all the staff (and special thanks to Abdallah) for making us feel at home.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at Iberotel Costa Mares in Marsa Alam. When I read the reviews before reserving, I thought people were exaggerating about the hotel, the beach, the food and the service, but they were not. The staff and the service are the real edge in my opinion. They are the key differentiators. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

This Hotel is very new, in fact it opened just 3 weeks ago. Therefore the overall condition is excellent. The Hotel is beachfront with easy entry to the ocean, no rocks or corals, and beautiful snorkeling. Very large swimming pool, a very active animation team. BEST OF ALL: the staff is incredible, going out of its way to read every wish you may have off your face. Mr. Heny at front desk (assistant manager) arranged everthing beautifully, there is no better front desk manager in Egypt! Gym is good, same day laundry service, food is very good quality and different every day with a huge selection. Liked the Hotel so much that we will be returning very soon. A truly wonderful experience ....
