The riad is amazing at the centre of the area. Excellent customer service. The place smells amazing and the breakfast is delicious. Really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the team.

Also wenn das ein 4 Sterne Riad ist, möchte ich mal eines mit 3 Sternen sehen. Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit, da gibt es gar nichts zu beanstanden. Das Frühstück ist gut, wird für einen zubereitet aber es gibt, was es gibt, das ist kein Buffet. Kaffee ist Kaffe, kein Latte, Cappuccino oder sonst was, einfach Kaffee. Milch könnte gerade aus sein. Der Pool ist winzig. Mehr zur Optik. Lädt nicht zum reingehen ein und könnte sauberer sein. Zimmer sind nett, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wasserhahn war locker und wirkte gleich abzubrechen, die Leintücher hatten Blutflecken, versteckt von der Decke. Als wir das sahen, das war schon eklig.

Riad was tucked away in a side street very close to the Medina and central souks. It was very quiet within the Riad. Very traditional authentic Morrocan establishment.

Vilken fantastisk personal! Vi reste med en äldre man med rullator (vilket inte är optimalt för att bo i Riad i Medinan). Men personalen gjorde verkligen allt för att underlätta. Rummen var väldigt små och i lite dåligt skick, men charmiga. Fin terass på taket med solstolar och mycket bra frukost. Riaden ligger centralt i medinan, med en lång smal gränd. Att det var lite trångt och små rum övervägdes av den otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma personalen! Tio stjärnor till er!

The staff were helpful and very nice. There are several buildings so unfortunately we had to walk down three flights of stairs, then down a short street then up three flights of stairs for breakfast every day. That was a bit of an inconvenience. The main building seems to be a little nicer than the building we were in. The towels I believe are the same towels I donated to Goodwill in 1982 sadly, one day we returned from our outing and there were no towels at all in our room because they don’t have enough towels to replace your towels when they’re washing them. Thus you are without towels sometimes for periods of time. Unacceptable.Breakfast was nice but no protein except for a small portion of yogurt. Eggs would’ve been nice.

Chambre au confort basique mais charmant dommage seulement que sombre et humide car aucune fenêtre , le wifi n’y passait pas non plus. Pour le reste, Personnel aimable et bienveillant, propreté bien avec les essuies changés chaque jour. Petit déjeuner incroyable avec vue imprenable sur le rooftop

Very close to Jemna el Fna, super friendly and acommodating staff that made me feel at home. Stayed for 7 nights, had two dinners there, both delicious, beef tangine and royal couscous. Mehdi tended to my every need at breakfast and the rest of kitchen staff was 5 star, I even got to taste the local barley soup, Breakfast with msemen, harcha, delicious yoghurt, honey, jam, fresh orange juice and orange slices with cinnamon. Omelett by request, everything tasted amazing! Suleyman explained upon arrival where to visit and what to avoid and marked on the map the most important info. Room and bathroom was nice and clean. I slept like a baby and woke before call to prayer every morning, could clearly hear every call as the riad is wall to walk with a mosque. It was not disturbing though, just added to the experience. Could hear other guests that came and left quite well, simple wooden doors etc. I don’t mind, but others might. The pool is only for decoration and smaller that it looks. The entrance to the Riad and esp. the 2nd house that I stayed atlooks a bith sketchy, but feels safe. Be prepared to walk from main road to riad as there is no car access. Tried the hammam, the girl did not speak English, but simple instructions made me feel safe. GREAT massage afterwards, not just «standard» tourist- massage but she clearly felt what my body needed. This was my first time in Morocco, and I will come back and stay here next time also. Solo traveller, female.

Ce fut vraiment très difficile de se rendre à l’hôtel. Nous avons dû marcher durant 20 minutes avec nos valises. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était vraiment très gentil et l’endroit était bien. Il y a eu un problème ce matin lors de notre départ. Nous avons payé les taxes de tourisme comme indiqué sur hôtel.com mais il nous disait que nous n’avions pas payé notre nuitée. J’ai montré notre reçu sur hôtel.com pour prouver que nous avions bien payé. La personne a la réception était vraiment très confuse.
