Our stay was truly special, and Abdo deserves particular recognition. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. What impressed us most was his generosity: when we arrived at 2 AM, he personally helped us bring our luggage from outside the Medina all the way to the hotel. When it was time to leave, he helped us carry our bags back outside the Medina to our taxi for the airport. That level of care goes far beyond ordinary customer service! The hotel's location inside the Medina was also fantastic, allowing us to experience the authentic atmosphere of Morocco and explore the surroundings. After walking around in the intense Moroccan heat, the swimming pool was an absolute lifesaver! We also loved enjoying delicious Moroccan tea on the terrace, a perfect place to relax after a busy day. All these little details made our stay memorable. Thank you, Abdo, for making us feel so welcome. You truly made a difference!
