But otherwise excellent. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in May 2019 ### 2/10 Terrible #### koichi May 7, 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### いい加減過ぎるホテル 2泊分をすでに支払っていたがオーバーブッキングに。 1時間半も待たされた挙句、郊外へ車で30分のホテルへ。 フナ広場が目的で,近くのホテルを選んだ意味がない。 翌日10時からチェックイン可能と言われて、10時30分に戻ってきたが、他の従業員に全く知らされていなくて最初から説明しチェックインしたが、案内されたのが清掃途中の部屋。 チェックイン時に、翌日の早朝の空港へのタクシーを手配し、２００ＤＨを支払う。（年輩の眼鏡をかけた黒人のレセプションに支払った） 翌朝チェックアウト時に確認したら、またもや他の従業員は知らないと言う。 また再度説明し、お金を支払っていることも伝えたが聞いてないとの返事。 しつこく説明したら、パソコンで確認してタクシーはオーケーと言われ、確かに約束の時間にタクシーは到着した。 しかし、空港に到着してからタクシーの運転手が200ＤＨを要求、さんざん説明したが、彼はホテルから私から支払ってもらえと言われているとの事。 他のタクシーの運転手の方も集まってきて、散々話し合った結果、私を信じて一筆書いたメモを持って去ってくれたが、このホテルのいい加減さは尋常ではない。 駅からのボッタクリタクシー、フナ広場の蛇使いのボッタクリ未遂、そしてこのいい加減過ぎるホテルのせいで、シャウエン・フェズ・メルズーガは楽しめたが、マラケシュは後味悪いものになった。 ##### koichi Stayed 2 nights in May 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller May 6, 2019 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 5 nights in Apr 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller May 3, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities The staff was lovely and helpful ...location is brilliant ..with most attractions only few minutes away ##### Verified traveller Stayed 5 nights in Apr 2019 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Gruppe, Freiburg Apr 1, 2019 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities Die Lage von Hotel ist ok. Sauberkeit richtig Trecking Haare auf Betten, sehr sehr staubig Notausgang ist durch ein Zaun gesperrt, bei Brand oder Feuer hofe ich dass keine Menschen ums Leben kommen. The location is great, it can not be better. Rooms however are not great. Some rooms are not very clean and some smell a little. Is a good low price for the location though. If you are looking for something convenient and cheap this is the hotel for you. It has a great outlook onto the koutoubia mosque and a lovely roof top restaurant.
