In case of violation of this rule, travelers will be solely responsible for their actions towards the Police and the Moroccan Justice authorities, and they alone will bear the consequences: filing a complaint with the Court of Justice, criminal sanctions, convictions, and fines. 6\. The accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking is forbidden throughout the accommodation (indoor/outdoor areas). 7\. It is forbidden to bring illegal substances into the accommodation. 8\. Quiet hours must be respected from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 9\. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation. 10\. No commercial or advertising photography or video is authorized inside the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the Host reserves the right to terminate your reservation without refund. Should guests refuse to vacate the accommodation within a maximum of 4 hours, the Host reserves the right to request the legal expulsion of the travelers by the local Police. Your arrival and departure times must respect the hours our team is available to welcome you. We do not have luggage storage space before your arrival or after your departure. \- To offer you the best possible experience, please understand that logistical organization is important. Please provide us with your arrival and departure times as soon as your reservation is confirmed so we can jointly plan your check-in and check-out. \- The accommodation must be maintained in good condition throughout your stay.
