"We loved it here! When we arrived we found fresh flowers and Valentine's candy, which was completely unexpected and just made the trip feel extra special. Aly and Georgia were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed relaxing on the couch and looking out at the beautiful frozen lake. It's located close to the X-country ski headquarters which was a big plus for us. We would definitely return."

"We had a fantastic stay! The property was very clean and easy to access, which made everything stress-free from the start. Angelo was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great—convenient yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A huge bonus for us was the driveway, which was perfect for parking our 20’ trailer with no issues at all. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is surrounded by trees, so very difficult to see any of the sky. There was a cleaniness issues in the bathroom, issues with having places to hang towel, toilet paper holder was pulled away from the wall, issues with accessing the automatic door lock (which would not open or lock with in 1 min of opening the door), and very limited supplies in the kitchen. My sister thought the TV was extremely small and was upset that only wifi TV was available - she is a big football fan. The heat was easy to work and over all everything else was clean and working. The couch could use an ottoman, which would have made relaxing on the couch easier. The property manager was responsive and showed up with in a reasonable time the 2 times we needed her to come over. She did offer give was some money for dinner for our trouble with the dirty bathroom which was nice. We did have a conversation about dangerous broken metal rebar sticking off the top of septic cover which is right off where you park that my sister cut her foot on as it was very dark when we arrived. There is window air conditioner in the top part of the A frame, which I'm glad we did not need. If I went back to the area I would probably look for a different rental for more outdoor space and amenities. "

"What a great cabin to stay at for our last High School Fishing tournament on Higgins Lake. Everything was perfect and the boys loved the garage! Host was quickly to respond and everything was 100% as in listing. Will rent again for a family vacation!"

"All was great view, clenleness,good neighbors, supplies. The only i think the beds were only full size and the mattresses were not that comfortable we kept falling to the middle... but all else was great thanks Luke for your care"

"We came to Higgins Lake for a wedding - while visiting we enjoyed two Beautiful Bonfires (we connected our iPad to WiFi to watch the Tigers both nights while sitting at the fire - so it's safe to say the WiFi has a great distance). The host was very kind and connected with us appropriately. I felt comfortable and safe in our environment. If you come here - I highly recommend spending time at the bonfire with family and friends!!Oh and the hammock - I spent nearly 2 hours listening to folk music and the surrounding nature!! I don't listen to folk music - but it just felt right!!The home was clean and decorated nicely."
