« Literie de bonne qualité, personnel courtois, déco simple et moderne, propre,... Choisi pour son tarif bon marché et sa proximité de l'aéroport, hélas il n''y avait pas de navette comme mentionnée dans l'annonce, trop loin pour effectuer cette distance à pied et aucune restauration sur place pour manger le soir... Nous avons dû prendre un Uber pour y venir et en partir, ainsi que nous faire livrer à manger, ce qui a vite fait monter la facture.
Donc si vous êtes véhiculé allez y les yeux fermés....

« Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel. »

« The bed was really uncomfortable, which was a surprise for a PI, as they pride themselves on the bed comfort. The bar was open late which was great. The parking is small, only 17 spots and you pay for this daily. »

« The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. Was so angry at that point that it took me 2...
