10/10 Excellent
"This is a grand old hotel in the finest tradition. We went up to the roof top ball room and danced on a dance floor where people have been dancing for 100 years!. The staff was wonderful and always helpful. They have a great pool and exercise room. I've never seen a squat rack in a hotel gym, but they do here! We had a great time and hated to leave."

"Staff and location were excellent. You can walk to the trail along the Mississippi, or to Beale street. The rooftop was beautiful at sunset. My only complaint would be the carpet in the hallways and room- they were very dirty and worn out. We had a great time!"
