« Not clean. The pillows were like a bunch of rags in a pillowcase, I had some type of bug bites on me all over my arms and face. I called the property to ask if there were bedbugs, they said "nobody has said anything" and when I asked for a follow up call he said "sure" and hung up the phone. Very noisy from the floor above me. I called down to the front desk and they must have said something because it did quiet down at least. But one week later I'm still dealing with itchy »

« The location is near restaurants and many general stores such as Walmart, TJ Maxx and Kohls. It is around 10 minutes away from downtown Stillwater. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The walls had been patched a number of times and the paint did not match. Our window looked out onto a roof. The pool and hot tub were clean and functional. The continental breakfast was a huge disappointment with apples, cereal and coffee as the options and only from 6-8am. I think saying they offer...
