Offering the ultimate in relaxation and seclusion, our holiday villa in Marina is the perfect destination for families (larger and smaller), groups of friends or anyone looking for a little slice of paradise in a tranquil and private setting. So why wait? Book today and experience pure relaxation in a peaceful oasis. Here you have everything you need, you do not have to leave the house/property during your stay, except maybe for shopping. A large spacious garage is available for your cars. If you have an electric car, you can of course also charge it via a three-phase socket. There are also bicycles available with which you can make trips to explore the area. The vacation villa has no immediate neighbors (as you can see from the photos, here your privacy is guaranteed) and is located just outside the peaceful little village of Marina, in the bay of the same name west of the town of Trogir in Central Dalmatia Croatia, a region with many small romantic bays, pebble and sandy beaches are ideal for a relaxing, restful and sunny vacation away from the tourist noise. Luxurious decoration and modern furniture are just some of the features of this exclusive villa, which will satisfy even the most demanding guests. It offers all the necessary modern comfort. The living space is approx. 130 m² on two floors and consists of a light and airy living and dining room with an integrated open kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all rooms are air-conditioned. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed and offers a comfortable bed for two more people. A children's high chair can be provided if necessary. A reliable wireless WiFi internet connection is available throughout the villa and can be used free of charge. A traditional barbecue invites you to enjoy cozy meals under the stars. The pool is 8.1 m long and 4.1 m wide Since the first part of the pool is only 1.0 m deep, it is suitable for children. The pool has a depth from 1.0 m up to 1.5 m, you can light up the private pool to turn night into day. A car is recommended during your stay so you can explore the area. A large parking area is available directly in front of the holiday villa on the premises. Your vacation villa is about 1,5 km away from the nearest beach with crystal clear water and boat rental. There you will also find the local center of Marina with colorful markets, stores and a lively gastronomy and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. The historic town of Trogir about 12 km away, is worth a day trip. Vinko is the most accommodating and helpful host I have ever experienced, he was sending me information on the local amenities and restaurants etc, long before we arrived, and was always available if we needed anything. Das Haus ist extrem luxuriös und für bis zu 10 Leute perfekt ausgestattet. Blitzblank geputzt und generell sehr gepflegt. Wir sind als eine Studentengruppe mit 10 Leuten angereist und auch wenn man abends laut ist, stört sich daran keiner. Ein Auto kann man nur empfehlen, weil der Weg zum Supermarkt/ Strand sonst doch etwas lang und steil ist. Vinko ist ein unglaublich engagierter Gastgeber. Wir hatten ein Problem mit den Heißwasserbeuler und es wurde sich umgehend gekümmert und das Problem gelöst. Auch was Ausflugsziele und ähnliches angeht hat er tolle Tipps gegeben. Vor allem die Bootstour, die er empfohlen hat war ein Erlebnis! Er spricht fließend Deutsch und ist total freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine süße Strände (teils eben per Boot zu erreichen) und Trogir, sowie Split sind einen Ausflug wert. Wir werden bei der nächsten Urlaubsplanung auf jeden Fall auf Vinko zurückkommen! ##### Elena W. Pictures weren’t lying, it was even better. The planning of the floorplans was great. Three nice bathrooms and good bedrooms with ac in each and everyone which was very appreciated. The pool and poolarea was the highlight for almost everyone, perfect temperature and great planned for sunlovers 😎 The nearby Marina beach is great aswell as the two nearby supermarkets. The only thing that we missed was a bigger refrigerator because we were two familys and cooked almost every meal in the house. Otherwise it was awesome everything, two thumbs up! ##### Erling M. It's not that, it's better! We had a wonderful holiday week in this house which has everything you need. And Vinko is the best host! We will definitely be back. Recommend having a car if you want to stay here. Then you can see both Split and Trogir. Also recommend taking a boat trip to see the blue cave, the islands and the blue lagoon. We traveled from Moody bar, and their boat is more comfortable to travel on than the boats from Split and Trogir. Parking is also easier. ##### Charlotte K. Von Empfehlungen von Restaurants oder Freizeitmöglichkeiten bis hin zu fragen über das Haus war er zu jeder Tageszeit erreichbar. Das Haus an sich ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Aussenbereich ist im Hellen und besonders im Dunkeln wunderschön mit dem beheizten Pool und einigen Lichtakzenten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man hat seine Ruhe aber auch wenn man etwas unternehmen wollte war man in nur ca 9 km an der nächsten größeren Altstadt Trogir und in ca 25 km in der großen Stadt Split. Im großen und ganzen ein perfekter Urlaub!! Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!! P.S: Der selbstgemachte Wein von Finko als Abschiedsgeschenk war SEHR lecker. DANKE! ##### Daniel S. Wir haben den Pool und die große überdachte Terasse und die Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
