"Staff were very efficient and friendly. We didn’t get our luggage and they were able to give us toiletries (toothpaste & toothbrushes) to hold us over. The room was spacious and clean! Also loved how convenient the location was to the airport, McDonalds, a gas station for snacks etc - all within walking distance. The shuttle service was also very efficient. The drivers were very hospitable. Would definitely recommend! "

"We always have a great stay at Hotel Burbank. Every worker is always so polite, especially housekeeping. Front desk isn't always as friendly as you'd expect or like them to be but... this time there were a few standouts. I wish I would have gotten the names of those that were super cordial, warm and inviting. The kitchen went above and beyond for us during our stay this time, the front as well as the back. Maybe it was because it was Valentine's Day, I don't know, but it seems as if everyone was feeling the love. "
