Very bad customer service experience, front desk handles 2 hotels at one location, one of them with a good attitude the other one worst customer service and bad attitude ever seem. I don't really recommend staying there

Our hotel room was placed directly under the hotel gym which was terrible, it was constantly loud, and our stay was restless and tiring. Frankly, it is unacceptable to pay over $300 for a room you can’t sleep in due to constant noise and interruption. I would appreciate a full refund, to be honest.

Unbeknownst to us in the beginning,there was construction directly across from our room. Hubby had an early flight that we had to wake up at 3am for (didn't get to bed until nearly midnight). I came back to enjoy the room all to myself and get some more sleep only to be awoken by what sounded like someone above me stomping on the floor and then a clanking noise like dishes or something...AT 6AM! I called the front desk for them to ensure me it wasn't coming from within the hotel, that it was coming from outside but didn't know what it was. Really? So the construction site miraculously appeared that day? 🤔 Needless to say, we should have been notified of the construction so we could select a different room. I don't want to say that I would never stay here again, because the hotel itself was nice. Just not a happy camper this round.
