"We absolutely loved this house! It had everything we needed, even down to small things that you don't thing of until you are there. It truly felt like the owners thought of everything. It was super clean, stocked well with towels/linens/extra pillows. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had what we needed to make a variety of items. The pool/patio area was perfect. We had 6 adults and we spent a ton of time out there. Both tables outside fit 6 people, the chaise lounge chair was so comfy and got used a ton, and then there are extra chairs on the dock as well that we used a lot. It's walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, Starbucks, a grocery store, and shopping. We have friends that live on Marco so we will likely visit again and would absolutely stay at this house again. The host was great at answering questions, and responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property!!"

"We had the BEST stay at this house for our 4-day girls trip! There were 7 of us, and the place was absolutely perfect—spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The house was spotless when we arrived, which instantly set the tone for a relaxing stay.We especially loved having plenty of beach chairs for everyone—such a small detail that made a big difference. The pool was also a highlight—perfect for relaxing and hanging out together. The location couldn’t have been better—super convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.Highly recommend for group trips—we would 100% stay here again!"

"Beautiful well maintained property. Very clean, fully stocked with everything you would need. From kitchen pots and pans to beach gear - it's all there and like new. The house is very comfortable, modern, and well located. It's essentially a brand new house. We walked several times to nearby shopping and dinner. A short drive to the beach.We've stayed at Marco Island a few times now and this house has been our favorite. Would definitely stay again. "
