"Pros: Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with our vacation rental. Three couples shared this home and we were all very comfortable. It was clean, had great wi-fi, a nice pool and the caretaker was very helpful. The owner was very prompt at responding to our inquires due to our inability to speak Spanish. "Pros: The house was clean, big swimmingpool. Owners very very friendly and helpful. Fully enjoyed it and I recommend this house. It is in the middle of olive fields and second residences. A solid 8/10, truly book it! Cons: There is one thing that bothered us are the dogs of the neighbour. After complaining to the owners, they talked to the neighbour and they were gone"

"Pros: Mooi zwembad maar voor ons was het nog niet de tijd van het jaar omdat het nog te koud was. Wel kunnen genieten van het mooie terras er rond. Cons: Jammer dat de laatste km naar het huis zo slecht was door de vele regen. Maar daar is de tweede helft van ons vakantie aan gewerkt en was het veel beter."

Cons: The check in process was awkward as we were asked to pay a large security deposit in cash without prior notice. "We were absolutely delighted with this fantastic property. "Hotel que necesita mantenimiento por fuera y por dentro. No tiene ascensor (ni siquiera una pequeña rampa en la entrada). El desayuno es regular: la calidad de los embutidos es bastante baja, hay cubiertos y tazas sucias (algunas MUY sucias). Y no cuidan los detalles: no hay agua, no encienden la tostadora de pan... Las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas y hace frío (el AC/calefacción no llega a calentar). El hotel está muy apartado de todo, es poco práctico. La wifi va lenta. "

A real joy to stay in an authentic well cared-for Spanish home, which has been tastefully furnished with good quality fittings and all mod-cons, extremely comfortable beds, modern TVs, wifi etc. As an English family, we were pleased to find a kettle and coffee machine in the kitchen, two spacious fridges, a good oven and generally fairly well equipped for self catering. BBQ too. Rosa the hostess/owner was hugely warm, generous and helpful and despite her limited English and our limited Spanish we managed to communicate well on arrival. She was also very quick to sort out any issues - the water went off at one point and she had someone round to fix it almost immediately. Our teenage boys enjoyed the table tennis and tennis court and outdoor space (too cold in April to swim however!) and its within easy reach of several interesting places of interest (Carmona, Seville, Cordoba - even Ronda) which we much enjoyed visiting. The local town Marchena is also charming and had everything we needed, including an excellent Mercadona supermarket. Highly recommend. What a treat it was to stay here! Thank you Rosa and family."
