The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just a couple of communication issues that could be easily improved. I had some trouble receiving the check-in email (which may have been a technology issue), and once I received it, I wish it had included a reminder to check for any burn bans before purchasing...

« Amazing home set on the Skagit River and it was so close to North Cascades National Park. The sounds of the rippling river with morning coffee were amazing. The retractable awning made it possible in rain or sun. At the end of the day, the hot tub and sauna offered fantastic recovery from our hikes. The washer and dryer were new, supplies provided and it worked perfectly for us!Our family of 4 had a lovely time! »

« This property was amazing. The home had everything we had hoped. It was comfortable and the decor was beautiful. We were super excited about the heated bathroom floors, especially with the cool nights. The hot tub and sauna after long days hiking were the perfect remedies for our aching bodies. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We found her to be quite helpful, accessible and a truly gracious host. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. »
