The condo has 1,400 square feet of interior living area plus two large, 'L' shaped decks that wrap around the condo. Each deck has captivating views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the heated pool on the other. When the breezes are gentle, you can watch marine life in the water from the decks. An electric grill is provided. The entire condo underwent a top to bottom renovation in 2025\. The kitchen and bathroom have been completely remodeled and there is new flooring and decor throughout the unit. Local zoning rules allow 6 people to reside in the condo. This limit is strictly enforced. Free high speed Wi-Fi Internet access is provided. The master bedroom features a king size bed with an open water view. The second bedroom has two queen beds. A queen-size bed pulls out from a sofa on the first floor. A large, eight boat dock and heated pool are a one minute walk away. The grounds are impeccably landscaped. The dock is located at the mouth of the Key Vaca Cut, providing good fishing & easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. Dockage is first come first served with owners having priority. Backup dockage is available off site if needed. Renters have use of 2 rental type bikes, full beach gear such as beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, pool noodles, and some snorkeling gear. The most common comment we receive about Pelican's Perch is that the condo is 'even better than expected.' Everything was clean and organized, and you can't beat the view. I loved sitting outside with a cold, adult beverage and enjoying the view. Keep in mind, the unit is starting to show its age as the furnishings are dated and some some ceiling areas are cracking. The shower tracks are starting to rust in areas and the mattresses definitely need to be updated.All in all, it was a great palce to spend a couple weeks in December and we all agreed that we would stay in this unit again on a future trip. This condo is AMAZING! Very spacious with new updated furniture and the beds slept great! The views were wonderful and the sunrises were awesome everyday! Only 1 small gitch with the internet and it was resolved within the hour by Mickey and owners! The condo had everything we needed and then some - bicycle's, beach chairs, floats, coolers and 2 grills. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and plan to be back again! ##### Barbara W. The views were fantastic from the balconies! Super quiet and the space was very large and comfortable. A little dated with the bathrooms and kitchen but everything was functional and clean and did not feel run down at all!! The furnishings were updated and beautiful! The pool was amazing.
