"Place is quiet and beautiful but the need attention on the bar at the marina, open for 3-4 hours and don’t have variety of drinks. Also breakfast should be more variety like toast and jelly and maybe eggs. "

We definitely found a "must stay here" location in the keys. Front desk staff has always been professional, and accommodating. "The resort didn't look EXACTLY like the pics but it was doable for just me on vacay. The front desk help when I checked in was more interested in having chit chat with a another guest while she was checking me in. Looked like they knew each other.......RRRRUDE!!! I will say that the location on my suite was perfect....NO NOISE! VERY CLEAN SPACE!!"

" My best experience there was the pool area. The rooms were not that great for the price I paid. The carpet seemed dirty and the AC did not work well. The staff was excellent. I was on a family vacation, hoping to get my kids off my back for a few hours;however, they had a game room many of the amenities were broken or did not work.For the price I paid, I expect everything to work well "
