First, there may have been four tv channels available which did not match what was described for the property. If Comcast was there it did not appear to be. Second, the WIFI was not available per instructions found in unit. Third, the two items of cookware we used available in kitchen were very used and stained. Fourth, all the electricity outlets in the entire island of kitchen did not function at all. Fifth, we advised of what appeared to be Black Mold in main bathroom with visible standing water/moisture collected in the wall and requested another unit but none were available as we were visiting and had no where else to go for our planned trip as well as this is a serious health issue!Need to get this problem fixed before anyone else is subjected! ##### David P.
