Beachfront Villa - Duck Key

Welcome to Beachfront Villa that has recently been renovated. The 2 bedroom 1.5 bath luxury villa is located in the popular area of Duck key alongside of Hawks Cay Resort. Duck Key marina is located across the street where you can dock your boat or charter a boat for the day. Enjoy stunning sunset views from the back porch. Kitchen includes all amenities including silverware ,plates , cups , and pots. Linens and towels provided.

The space
The Beachfront Villa is a luxury 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Townhouse Villa in Hawks Cay that overlooks the Harbor! This unit has gorgeous water views from both the main living space downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs.

The downstairs main level has a recently been renovated and features a contemporary and open-concept layout. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. The dining area features a rectangular Marble table that will seat up to six guests. The living room features comfortable seating with a water view, 55in Smart TV, and Comfortable sofa bed. Off the living room is the porch where you can watch the sunsets.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, plus a private balcony with seating and direct open water views. The guest bedroom features a Twin over Full Bunk and 42in Smart TV. The bathroom with shower is located in the hallway between the 2 rooms. The washer and dryer are located on the second level in the Guest Bedroom.


This property does not come with dockage. Duck Key Marina is nearby where you are able to rent dockage, or there is also the Grassy Key Marina (Gulf side about 2 miles away). There are NO trailers of any kind allowed at this property or in the parking lot.

The Village at Hawks Cay Villas are not affiliated with the Hawks Cay Resort; our guests do not have access to the hotel-owned amenities including the Coral Cay children’s center and hotel pools. However, any resort amenity that is open to the public will be available. Amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, full service marina, Calm Waters Spa by appointment and Fitness Center available to spa patrons, Dolphin Connection by appointment, tennis, parasailing, fishing charters, boat rentals and a variety of water sport equipment rentals such as kayaks, paddle boards and more.

Home away from home
Love coming here. I have stayed at this same VRBO 2 times and once again everything was amazing. What you see in the pictures and what you get. Beautiful view with a large yard and little beach if you have little ones. Always a great time. We try to go 2-3 times a year.

Amazing place. The host made it so convenient and easy from booking to checking out!
This place was amazing! Everything was new, clean, and the perfect getaway! Will be back in a few months. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Just perfect. Loved the balcony over looking the water. There are two. I’d you have small kids great little sand beach and fishing right from the yard.

Great location for water activities
Open the front door and you are faced with stunning water views. Nicely furnished and clean upon arrival, but dishes, glasses and utensils were dirty. Dishwasher had remnants of watermelon pieces in it. Not a big deal since we always wash everything before use. TV in master bedroom was not operable because the batteries were removed from the remote. A more serious issue was the back deck and stairs which were rotted out with splinters and nails being exposed, but that seemed to be rampant within the development.
