We went there to visit our sister. It was a great visit! We were able to play cards and visit very well. It was nice quiet place very very clean. The location was close to where we needed to be.I would recommend staying the place and people are very very welcoming!
Very clean, excellent location, and everything that we needed to ensure our needs were met.
Wahbi was an excellent host, and I would highly recomend his property, for family visits, or just a trip to get to know the Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows area.
Quiet cul-de-sac. Very clean apartment with nice bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Washer/dryer in unit. TV with several apps and WiFi. Only issue is you can hear people above, not super sound proof, but didn’t affect the stay. Owner right upstairs and communicates very well. Quick response to texts.
This very comfortable accommodation is in a lovely quiet area within walking distance to the shops, including restaurants. Great location! If you have active children as we did, there is a playground close by. A skateboard area is also in close proximity. The owner was extremely amiable and always ready to answer our questions. This is definitely a place to consider if you are thinking about staying in Maple Ridge.
This suite was fresh, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve all our meals. The complimentary coffee was appreciated and we were welcomed with a box of chocolates. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with everything from towels to shampoo and a hair dryer. The location was near to grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay at this property; very clean, modern and comfortable. I hesitate to say anything negative, but feel it’s important for families with young children. The nighttime hours had some challenges: there is a lot of building noise. We could hear toilets flushing and showers running from other units all night. There is also an outdoor motion censored light that turned off and on all night, lighting up the bedrooms. It was hard for the kids to sleep.
We really loved this place, but wish it had been a bit more quiet and dark during the night.
Host was great! Very responsive and communicative.

After long days of travelling about the Vancouver area, it was good to take a day off and spend it here in Maple Ridge. Very clean , nice decor and comfortable.
Unit was very clean and bright. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I very much like the fact that the property was clean and airy. I also love how quiet it was. Everything worked and the mattress was soooooo comfortable.
A perfect place for my few days in Vancouver Maple Ridge
The suite is indeed spacious and located in a quiet neighbourhood with close proximity to Maple Ridge. However, there seems to not be much sound proofing in the building as noises from other occupants in the home were apparent (as I'm sure our noises were to them!). Unfortunately the suite was not cleaned to my expectations. While the things you really need to be clean (tub, toilet, sinks, towels, sheets, etc) were clean, most of the suite was not. Hand prints on mirrors, dusty baseboards, smudges on the walls and bathroom floor, hand prints on the fridge, dirty stovetop, receipts and wrappers in one bedroom, dust bunnies under the beds, etc.

Overall Disappointing
When we first arrived the suite looked beautiful, the beds were made up nicely and the rental was beautifully decorated. However, it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there were ants in every room. Not hoards, but consistent ants popping up every 30 minutes or so. The cups and plates that we used had to be re-washed as they had dirt/grime, stuck on food, and some cups even had lipstick stains on them. The kitchen utensils had dried food on some of them, there was half eaten food sitting open in the pantry, the kettle still had water left in it from the last people who used it, and the air fryer was dirty inside and out The bathroom counters were crusty and one of the drawers had dirt and someone else’s hair clippings in it. The shower drain was very slow to drain, and the shower had mildew and what looked like black mould in it; the walls of the shower had dirt and hair from past visitors on it, which slid down the walls and past our feet as we showered. We had to stay one of two nights, but ended up making alternative arrangements somewhere else and left a day early due to the ants and uncleanliness.
It was a decent place to stay, IKEA style decoration but decently done and generally quite clean. I needed to wash the bath towels because they looked dirty to me but sheets appeared clean. No dishwasher so plan to handwash. Minimal cooking pans but had the basics and worked for us.
The upstairs neighbors had loud footsteps at 4-5/5:30 am on Tuesday and Wednesday, closer to 6am on Thursday. Even with my ear plugs in it woke me up from the bedroom on the left. Might not be a problem for the weekends. I don't think it was intentional, just not great sound proofing.
Communication via VRBO was good but didn't see or talk to the owner at all while there. I didn't reach out but think she would have replied quickly if I had.
It is a bit out of the way in a middle class neighborhood so need to drive to pick up food, go to the store etc. They nicely gave us half of the driveway.
My biggest issue was my error in not investigating the location well enough.
From past reviews I thought it would be closer into central Vancouver but is about 1.25-1.5 hours EACH direction and with several highway/road switches and if you time it wrong rush hour traffic. My mapping seemed to take me a different way each time but all were about the same time. Not easy driving and we had to do it every day so spent 3-4 hours in the car a day that I wasn't expecting.
If you are going to be visiting areas closer to Maple Ridge, it's a decent choice.
