For sure there is constant communication and will answer your questions right away.The house/unit location is about an hour away from downtown Vancouver and all the sights.It's a quiet neighborhood if you want the suburban feel. The unit was fully equipped with what we needed in terms of kitchenware, laundry, and bedding. It would have been nice to have hand towels and face cloths for the bathroom, however, we made do. The people live upstairs and you often hear them walking around--- definitely not the most sound proof unit, however, when we did find it too loud with music playing above the bedroom one night at bedtime, we simply messaged the host and they turned it down. Overall a great stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. I had a request they met right away and were available if we needed anything else. Home is equipped with everything you need. Super comfy beds and pillows. Very private. Great location. Easy parking. From the ad I was under the impression it was a two bedroom, but it is a one bedroom with another double bed in the living area, but it met our needs. Very quiet but for the pitterpatter of little feet above a bit in the mornings. I would stay here again! ##### HA S.
