This hotel needs updating. It’s in pretty good shape, but the rug in our room needs replacing.

I don’t really have anything I see people give it these rave reviews and I’m not sure why. One of the elevators was broke when I showed up there’s a car with a flat tire. It’s been sitting out in the parking lot for God knows how long. Room they offered that I stayed in has a kitchenette, which was nice but the road noise was terrible and there’s already damage on the carpet into the wall maybe from a previous pet I don’t know they don’t let you know so you pay a deposit and good thing I took pictures Just in case my pet was Accused of the damage. It’s not scary and you don’t have bums outside It can definitely use some improvement.

The motel was outstanding in every way. The only difficulty is getting into the motel when traveling east on Hwy 6--that's not the hotel's problem!

This is my second time staying here. Rooms are roomy and spacious. Very clean. Complimentary breakfast is great. One minor suggestion though - regular coffee machine. But no biggy.
My stay was very good the only thing is the highway noise. But this is the closest hotel to visit my family. The service is great and the comfort is too.
Amazing place to stay. Affordable, Clean, Great location and easy to get in and out of the Houston area. Definitely if flying fly into Hobby so easy to get to the hotel approx 20 minutes.

The beds wete terrible one had lumps in it.the ceilings fan made a noise loud i had to climb up on bed almost fell in am 67 yezrs old husband 72.told them at front desk said they had severely complaints but couldn't afford the 50 mattresses.Saturday at 5 pm they called said we got another room for you wouldn't cha ge it out when we got there Friday. Elevator didnt work 1st day there had to climb stIrs we elderly husband just had back surgery. We won't be back ty
Our stay was great. The only thing that had to bother us was the bathroom toilet. I am a tall women and the toilet was down low. Plus I had a lot of aches and pain and it bothers me to sit so low.
The rooms smell moldy. The carpet and curtains are old and musty. It was very loud at night, trucks and loud music until 2 in the morning. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Could use some TLC
The room was spacious and comfy, but needed some cleaning and replacing. One of the curtains had black mold on it, a drawer handle was broken, and there was a large red stain (wine most likely) on the carpet. The mold was the only real concern as the others were cosmetic.

My room smelled so bad and it was super damp ! Even my bed felt cold and wet ! I would not stay here again

The property states that check-in is at 2pm. Expedia says 3pm. The room wasn't ready till 3:30pm. Not a huge deal except I had an event at 4pm which put me behind. The common areas were warm.
It was ok. A bit old and dingy but not bad.
