The doors, windows, and sliding doors all had hand prints & dirt everywhere. The floor downstairs, staircase, bedrooms, and bathrooms had not been cleaned or moped. "LOVED the House!! It took 6 e-mails and attempts to complete the booking-third party banking. No details about check in until 1 hour before "normal" check in time. Was promised 24 hour notice, I was traveling all day and had to go to a parking lot and wait. The local staff was very good, worked out a snag in minutes. Will never stay where Short Term Rental Management is involved again."

"This is a lovely property & the room was extra large, clean & very comfortable. The owner is lovely & didn’t blink an eye when we arrived several hrs before the official check-in. "our family has stayed here 3 times. Great location,staff is excellent. Lacking this time on common sense stuff such as enough towels in the bathroom upon arrival, replacing the shampoo each day and the towels after cleaning the room. Also, beware the mini fridges are turned off so we lost some food we brought home from dinner one night. Overall though great place."

"This is a well-appointed new townhome. It is just off La Posada beach. It is just under a two-mile walk to Central La Paz but the walk is very straightforward. Grocery shopping and restaurants are about a half to three-quarter mile walk. The rooftop deck was great for sunsets and even sunrise if up early. Built in furnishings are nice and the showers are top notch."

"The hotel staff was really nice and friendly for the most part. The only thing I would have to say is that the room didn't have a TV. Also the dog's parking at night was not a good thing. Very clean and spacious. Restaurants food was good for the price of the room . Access to everything within a few Km/ miles. I would definitely come back and stay here."
