« Everything was nasty . 2 towels in a room for 4 people . Everything that should have been nailed to a wall was completely falling off . Tub looked like it been hit with a hammer . NO BREAKFAST. When asked for help with the waffle machine . Staff responded “i don’t know everything in this hotel is falling apart” I AGREE NEVER AGAIN. The hotel staff also CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE I CHECKED IN !!!! Absolutely terrible »
