Welcome to the Fresh on Fourth, a crisp, bright, and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow in Ontario. Peacefully set on 2 acres, with a spacious fenced in backyard, this home is central to shopping, downtown, and the vital Route 30 corridor. Cozy up in one of the luxurious queen size beds, entertain in the massive open concept kitchen and living room, or relax on the bright backyard patio or around the fire pit. There's plenty of covered parking and pets are welcome

This property was beautiful and clean. Nice back deck. Plenty of extras, including a Nespresso coffee machine and tons of great coffee. The house is convenient to a lot and we are so happy with our choice. We liked it so much, we have already booked for next year for the same weekend.

The place was beautiful and very clean. Although we couldn't take advantage of it, the back yard was awesome. Large fenced in yard with a beautiful deck that included a grill and firepit. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the free wine was a nice bonus. There were even various board games to play along with some puzzles. I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10!

Quaint and comfortable stay

Check in was super easy! The house was perfectly clean, bath towels are super soft along with the bedding! Mattress was super comfy! TV’s in the bedrooms were a plus and the large TV in the living room was perfect. The house is stocked with coffee. Loved the fenced in back yard for my fur babies. Bathrooms were stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner and if you forgot your toothbrush, toothpaste or face wipes, they had them for you! Priced right for a weekend get away to visit The Shawshank reformatory! We also enjoyed visiting The Blueberry Patch!

Wonderful Stay!

The house was spotlessly clean, which immediately put me at ease. After a long journey, I was thrilled to find an incredibly comfortable bed that promised a perfect night's rest. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Everything I wanted was just a stone's throw away.I couldn't have asked for a more convenient spot. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise - well-stocked with everything I needed to prepare quick meals or enjoy a leisurely breakfast. It felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the host's communication. From the initial booking to check-in, everything was seamless. They were responsive, friendly, and made me feel welcome right from the start. Checking in was so simple that it removed all the typical travel stress. If you're looking for a comfortable, conveniently located, and welcoming place to stay, this property is a definite winner. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. Would you like me to adjust the tone or focus of the review in any way?

Better than expected in every way!

The rental was spotless. It was equipped with everything you would need and more including shampoo, conditioner and body wash and an extra toothbrush in case you forgot yours. This house was designed with the comfort of the renter in mind. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pooch! We never had to worry about him getting out. We enjoyed a fire by the fire pit and ate out on the back porch. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was adequately stocked. We were near the Mansfield Reformatory and the Bible Walk. We also rented a pontoon from the Charles Mill Marina which was only a half hour away. We would definitely stay here again.

Workers Mid-Ohio

Needed a place nearby for a photographer and me, working for a racing team, at Mid-Ohio. I searched for a rental house because I'd rather support a local owner than a hotel chain especially if the property suited our basic needs. This property EXCEEDED all expectations and offered the comfort and quietness after a long day working at Mid-Ohio. Modern design, comfortable, spacious and incredibly value oriented, without question, I will reserve this property next time I need to work an event at Mid-Ohio or anywhere nearby.

Perfect!

We stayed here for the weekend to participate in the Shawshank Hustle in Mansfield. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

This place was great. Nicely updated and modern. Internet was fast. Everything was clean. Nice TV's in every room. Much better than several of the hotels we've stayed at in the area. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion is a blind or curtain on the main area windows.

Stay here!!

We stayed for the weekend and now, we won't stay anywhere else. The house was clean and comfortable. Perfect open concept for visiting with family and friends. The back deck is large with a large fenced in back yard. The house has everything you need. No need to bring anything. We are already planning our next trip and will 100% stay here any time we visit the Mansfield area.

Really nice renovated house!

My friend and I really enjoyed our week stay at this newly renovated property while visiting MidOhio race track. House has 3 smart TVs including in the living room to watch your racing videos in the evening. House is an easy 12 min drive to the track with gas station on the way. Plenty of good restaurants within 5-15 min. We were also able to park 2 trucks with car trailers at the property when needed for 2 days. Great communication from the owner! Highly recommend A+
