"Enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was opening bedroom blinds to see complex garbage cans right outside the bedroom window. Couldn’t really open window for the same reason. Water heater upgrade recommended. Hot water runs out pretty fast with one person's shower. You have to wait awhile for water to warm for the next person to shower. Host was very nice and super sweet. Unit was very clean and smelled good. "

"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

Absolute Empfehlung!Besonders auch für Motorrad Fahrer geeignet, die, wie wir, von hier aus Tagestouren in Südtirol, Slowenien etc. unternehmen wollen. "We stayed at the Castello Di Porcia for 5 nights while visiting family. We had their superior apartment. It was very well-built, roomy, beautifully decorated and in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable and there were dishes, pots and pans for cooking along with some incidentals such as coffee, tea, etc. We appreciated having laundry facilities which included detergent and fabric softener. The shampoo, body wash, etc were all excellent quality. The towels were embroidered and they were nicely-sized. There was an elevator which was appreciated due to our luggage. The only thing missing was outdoor space with seating since the weather was still nice mid-October."
