You will find 1 bedroom and 1 living room with 1 bathroom. The fully equipped apartment features mountain views, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, baby bed, and a dedicated workspace. Your private balcony offers additional space to unwind. Step outside to enjoy the shared garden and playground area. The shared outdoor pool operates from May 1 to October 31 with depths ranging from 1 to 2 meters. During summer months a lifeguard is present, while other periods require an access card available in your apartment. The pool area includes a large space with trees and benches for sunbathing. Parking is available both at the property and on the street. Pets are welcome during your stay. Events are not permitted on the property. You must respect the building regulations posted at the entrance of the 2 elevators leading to the apartment. Your apartment is situated in a central yet quiet area just minutes from the sea, services and shops. The building borders the golf course, playground and marina. The complex sits on a closed, secure street with complete fencing and internal and external surveillance. You can walk to various beaches in small connected bays.
