That never happened. They were not even apologetic about it. Second, I checked into the hotel with no problems, then they took me to the room. The first thing the attendant did was remove one of the towels and one of the pillows. He told me it was another 50 php to have two. Then I asked for the password for the internet. They would not give it to me and instead wanted to type it into my computer for me. That seemed really odd and rude to me. Third, I requested room cleaning for several days, finally managed about the third day to get the room cleaned. Fourth, the toilet broke and had water constantly running in the bathroom, soaked the floor. Asked for it to be fixed. They finally fixed it after 3 days and it immediately broke again. I gave up about that issue. We had to flush the toilet with a bucket of water. Fifth, the hotel has two small dogs that are not very friendly. It seems due to the loose contact too.
