If there were a few needed up keep to the room I had , it could have been an easy 10\. The Space on the right side of the receptionist desk is too dark, doesn't give you a nice welcome and tables and chairs pushed together feels like you are looking at a storage room in the lobby Staff was very friendly and greeted you entering or leaving. Despite the rust , happy to have a mini fridge in the room. Beware that they will ask for a cash deposit on arrival. I never carry cash so had a bit of an issue, as we were staying 1 night they let us get away with it. Probably wouldn't for a longer stay.
