Well located hotel close to the river but a bit far for the main Pagoda. This being said, the staff is incredible, super friendly and always willing to help. They went beyond my expectations. Many thanks.

Two blocks from train station. Two ATMS nearby. Small supermarket nearby. Great local restaurants for evening meals. Very friendly staff. Nothing bad to say at all.

Very nice hotel with really nice and welcoming staff. They helped book a few day tours which we excellent. The room was comfy and clean. For some people the location might be a bit odd but from what we've seen with other hotels in the price range, they all had similar location. We would definitely stay there again. Lobby was clean with some parts of the hotel renovated. Rooms were comfortable and because we were facing a main street, it was slightly noisy. Breakfast was average which had a mix of western and Asian offerings. Location was good and the staff worked hard to please us. I would recommend this hotel to those who are on a budget.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location good, especially for the market place. Also, bicycles for rent at the hotel... Also, a "VERY GOOD" breakfast is served...

The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations.
