"This was a bit of a mixed experience. Reception had limited opening hours so we had to call by at lunchtime (leaving work) to check in. For the first night my chalet was extremely cold with inadequate heating. I also had a mouse in the kitchen. Reception wasn't open until the next day. On informing them they were very quick to move me to another chalet. This one was a lot nicer and more spacious. It also had a good lake view. The heating in the bathroom was excellent but not quite adequate...
