It is close to Mesa Verde, Durango Hot Springs, Purgatory, Cascades even Silverton and Ouray! Excellent for hiking, skiing and the Silverton train. Located in a quaint & friendly neighborhood. Host was super accommodating providing coffee and creamer for our arrival. We were also supplied with a few fresh vegetables that we enjoyed learning how to prepare and eat like chayote! The kitchen was excellent for cooking (plenty of spices), loved having dishwasher & laundry detergent provided, house was well suited for our needs! We all also enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided - smelled like the high-end resort kind! My only disappointment was that the queen bed was too firm for side sleeping. My son loved the bunk beds and said they were comfortable!"
