Wonderful staff who really wanted to help and make the most of your stay.
A really luxurious hotel with all the amenities, spa, 24 hr food service, lovely bar. Did not try the restaurant but nice set-up. Very comfortable room (upgraded on arrival). Would highly recommend for a little bit of luxury
Great views over the city from one of Manchester’s iconic buildings! Super location. Great rooms again with great views. Friendly helpful hotel staff.
Convenient location. Rooms very quiet. Staff went out of way to be helpful.
Great service from staff. Clean room but uncomfortable bed. Had chicken wings in Oddsocks that were inedible.
Great place - clean, smart, stylish. All in all a good and reasonable experience
Room was great ( apart from bath chipped and plug not attached so got a wet arm letting water out!) . Approach to hotel is really grotty due to all the building works and rear entrance of hotel looks very scruffy . Staff were friendly and helpful. Location for city centre and Bridgewayer Hall was ...
Perfect location in the centre of Manchester for returning from a concert. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
The hotel was very nice, GREAT location, comfortable, decent breakfast. The staff was just ok.
