Renovated kitchen and bathrooms, a/c, washer/dryer in mudroom next to kitchen, kitchen has new appliances incl built-in microwave and ss dw, real hardwood floors and is on one level, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths (one with tub) outdoor shower, this clean and light-filled space includes new white wood window shades, 8'-6 ceilings, open front porch with wicker furniture/rocking chair/settee/hanging porch swing, back yard- new large deck with dining table/chairs seats 8\. The yard includes lounging areas and ask about the guest cottage that is also for rent. (See other ad)Verizon Wifi, 3 smart tvs. No parties or large gatherings without written approval.
