Fully equipped kitchen (BIG PLUS! as we cooked all our meals), grill outside with picnic table, beach umbrella for those hot days, wagon to haul things to the beach, which is super close. They have everything you might possibly need covered inside and out. More than enough dishes, cooking utensils, and storage containers. Examples: polyester bed sheets; bath towels with bleach spots/stains; no beach cooler provided; no beach umbrella provided (and zero shade on the beach); no beach wagon provided; parking onsite is tight, is for one vehicle only, and overflow parking lot is 4 properties away. »
