"Property is located right in front of the beach. House is spacious. Got everything we needed like pots and plates and silverware. Also has a washer and dryer very convenient. House is outdated and we did see a few roaches. Cleanliness was not the greatest but our overall experience was great. We stayed 5 nights and the price was fair considering that it is a convenient location. It was nice to be able to walk out to the beach whenever we wanted without having to carry umbrellas and chairs. The beach is quite peaceful not crowded at all. My two little boys really did enjoy it. Check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again."

"This an amazing beach get away! We loved every minute in this cozy cottage steps away from a beautiful beach! Everything you need for a beach weekend is there (beach towels, chairs, toys, an ice chest, and even 2 cute beach bikes!"

"We had a great stay at this property! This was our second stay on manasota key, but the first at this rental. Everything was clean and as described. The beach access is a VERY reasonable walk, about 5 minutes from the door to the water. We would absolutely stay here again! We stayed with pets as well and everyone was very comfortable!"

"Original description made it sound like the pool was in close proximity to the unit along with being able to watch the sunrise. Not so. While the walk and crossing the street to get to the pool was not a huge distance, it was further than we wanted to walk. The Gulf was beautiful, the sand was HOT and rough walking on it barefoot. All in all we had a wonderful time. Weather cooperated and we returned home to a 25° temperature difference. We are already talking about next year."
