"The only problem i had was when the police illegally stopped me while sitting in my car and then proceeded to sesrch it, obviously not finding anything but I wont be going back knowing that police are searching their parkinglot"

"Clean room well kept . Cold upon arrival but heat worked great. Beautiful view of the ocean even while laying in bed. No elevator doesnt bother me but just know that if you're planning on staying on the 3rd floor. Just stayed one night so not much more to include. Definitely would stay again."

"The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in. There was only one bar tender in packed bar who was also serving the tavern. Worst martini, ever. It was served with crushed ice in it? Room service went to voice mail - tried for thirty minutes and gave up. Called front desk and the Staff manager took our order by text and we had to walk to the front desk to get our order. Hand sanitizer & wipes were empty in the gym. Dark and ambiguous walk back to the hotel from the far self-serve parking lot. 1/2 finished Bar drinks from the night before were still in the ladies bathroom (in the lobby) the next morning. There is a big sign posted “Quiet Hours 10pm - 6am” which was a farce. The two rooms next to us had multiple people visiting and were disturbingly loud which went on well past midnight. The good parts are that the Bed and the linen was exquisite. Good space in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was nice. Omelette station was excellent as were the amount of healthy food choices. "

"Beautiful space. The weather was cold while we were at LBI but you almost don’t need to leave this hotel, it’s really nice inside and the pool is indoor but has a windowed ceiling and you feel like you are outside."

"When I went to the establishment the building was closed for the season a employee met me with keys and explained they tried to get in touch with me through Expedia , which I did not see a message saying they were closed , only saying about road construction in front of the building The women said I could have the keys to the hotel and stay alone without any staff there , my daughter and I were not comfortable with the situation ,and explained to me she had another hotel down the road that people were staying at so I opted to go there once we arrived she explained to me that the staff leaves at 9:00 again due to this hotel not being open yet with the off season .so my daughter and I proceeded out to look for a hotel open for the season as we were not comfortable We found hotel LBI which is the same owners as the Boulevard and the spray . The employees at Hotel LBI were amazing and explained to us those hotels are not open yet as those other hotels were Hotel LBI's sister hotels ( they own those properties too ) the women I dealt with at the boulevard never once told me they were affiliated with Hotel LBI I returned back to the spray hotel and got our bags and explained to the man behind the counter we were very uncomfortable staying there overnight without any employees nor security cameras She told me I would get her a refund if I chose to not stay , very disappointed Now o have to fight with my cc to try and get this charge off"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge, microwave and table with 2 chairs are good accommodations to have a casual meal or snack and avoid the need to eat out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade to my room on the day I checked in since it was off season and there were open rooms. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay so close to the beach."
