Access to the property is through an entrance gate via a long driveway, which is very suitable as a play area. The entire property is surrounded by a fence and a continuous row of conifers.
Enjoy your stay in the exclusive garden area on the large, tiled terrace, partly covered, with a solid wooden table, bench and chairs. A spacious rattan settee with parasol invites you to linger. There is an additional seating area on the east side, which can be used as a breakfast area, for example. The private pool (3x6m, depth 1.10m to 1.20m) with outdoor shower invites you to take a refreshing dip. It is surrounded by lawns with two parasols and four sun loungers as well as an unobstructed view of the neighbouring nature reserve. Depending on the time of day, each side of the house offers sunny or shady spots to relax. A large balcony with two wicker armchairs, a sun lounger and a parasol with views of the pool, the nature reserve and the Sant Salvador mountain invites you to relax in the evening. Just 30 metres from the villa is the spacious communal pool of the holiday home complex with a large sunbathing lawn, children's pool, playground and clubhouse (open in high season). This facility can be used free of charge.
The approx. 180m² newly built villa in Bauhaus style impresses with its modern and stylish ambience. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a 5 1/2 metre high ceiling. This room is bright and flooded with light thanks to all-round glazing. Sliding glass doors and Persian aluminium blinds are a matter of course. Various seating areas, a fireplace and a satellite TV invite you to linger. From the living area you enter the open, modern kitchen, which is visually separated from the living area by a counter. In addition to all the important kitchen utensils, there is also a dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine and much more for you to use. From the adjoining utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, you can access the terrace through a glass door. Also on the ground floor is the guest bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). Next to it you will find a modern bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, WC and a glass door to the outside. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another bedroom (bed 160x200cm) with access to the large balcony. There is also a small room on the upper floor, which is only suitable for sleeping, with a French bed (140cmx200cm) and a glass door with access to the balcony. A second large bathroom with underfloor heating, spacious shower, WC, double washbasin and glass door to a large outdoor shower complete the offer.
The small beach in the nearby bay with parasols and sun loungers for hire and a nice restaurant is very suitable for children. During the high season, you can enjoy an atmospheric dinner with live music. The nearby town centre of Cala Murada has shops, a bank, a doctor, a hairdresser, restaurants, cafés and bars. The area offers peace and seclusion if required, but also many opportunities for beach visits in the many small bays (such as Cala Domingos) or for bike tours (e.g. to the nearby San Salvador mountain), discovery trips, wine tastings and visits to the many local markets. Lovers will find an evening party atmosphere in Cala D`Or, 15 minutes away. The 18-hole Vall D`Or golf course between Portocolom and Felanitx is around eight kilometres away. Other attractions include the nearby Cuevas del Drach stalactite caves near Porto Cristo and the more than five kilometre long sandy beach "Es Trenc" in the south of the island (approx. 40 minutes' drive). Guests can only be accepted as couples or groups of 1 or 2 families when making a booking enquiry, so please send a short covering letter with your enquiry (minimum age of the person making the booking: 25 years, maximum 4 adults + 2 children). As a rule, arrival is not possible before 16:00, otherwise please enquire in advance. There is a travel cot for smaller children, which can be used free of charge by prior arrangement (2 weeks in advance).
