Whether you’re chasing powder on Mammoth Mountain, hiking alpine trails, mountain biking, fishing, or simply relaxing with a cup of coffee on the balcony, this is the perfect base for year-round adventure and relaxation.

From the moment you step inside, the warm wood floors, mountain-inspired décor, and thoughtful layout make you feel at home. The bright living area features a stunning stacked-stone hearth with a propane gas-log fireplace and wall-mounted Smart TV, creating the ultimate cozy gathering space. A large sectional sofa offers plenty of seating for movie nights, board games, or simply taking in the peaceful pine views through the sliding glass door.
