This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV/ DVD player, WiFi, and wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath TV and DVD. The second master has a king bed with a private bath. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (with a Twin on top and Double on the bottom) and flat screen TV. The loft has two twins. This unit also offers a private BBQ and washer/dryer. The complex has outdoor parking and a Jacuzzi. This unit is located near the red line shuttle. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Here were some big issues with the kitchen appliances which should be address:1) the microwave had numerous nuisance trips while in operation. This is because the appliance was illegally wired into a GFCI counter receptacle. By code, microwave/fan units are require to have a dedicated branch circuit. 2) The oven would randomly just shut off. This occurred 5 times and made cooking our meals a nightmare. We were all over 60, so kind of wished there was a bathroom on the main living level, but we got our exercise going up and down the stairs! (you enter on the bedroom level and then climb the stairs to get to kitchen/living area). It was just a short walk down to the creek trail and easy to get to the condo from the road. Suggestions: a light over the sink and/or counter bar area would be helpful, and breakfast nook area needs a new window screen.
