This amazing corner unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Huntington building. Remodeled 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom unit that will sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, TV/DVD, WiFi, and wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has two sets of bunk beds. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, fitness room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. The condo itself is nice, especially if you have kids. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. A couple issues that should be addressed: Wi-Fi was not reliable so TV went on and off a bit. Also, the neighbor below the unit was scary and confronted us in our unit because of the noise our dining room chairs were making. Mind you, we were just eating dinner (at a reasonable hour) and scooting the chairs in and out like normal people do when they eat at a table. So maybe the owner can place a rug under the table to minimize the noise? Or maybe someone needs to talk to the neighbors and ask them NOT to confront renters? It really scared our children and created a little stress for the subsequent days/nights because we didn't want to make noise, which is unrealistic, especially when you have kids. I tried to call the property management company to share my concerns, but I couldn't get through. In spite of the crazy neighbor(s), we still managed to have a great time overall!! ##### Kathrine L. Could have easily fit two more children. Very short walk to Eagle chair. My only complaint is all the stairs and confusing layout of the building - it was very difficult to find our unit initially.
