Summit 293 Bright, Spacious with Under Ground Parking, Walk to Eagle Lodge by RedAwning
Nicely furnished 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 6. This unit is
located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Dennison building and walking distance
to Eagle Lodge and across from the Golf Course. Enjoy a full kitchen, 50 inch
flat screen smart TV, stereo and wood burning fireplace that you can cozy
around on the large sectional couch. The master bedroom features a King size
bed and the loft features a Queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the
living room. The master and the loft feature an en-suite private full
bathroom. The loft has a work space desk which is great if you must do some
remote working or schooling, with high speed WiFi! This light and bright condo
has Mountain views and overlooks the community Tennis courts from the private
balcony. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"),
(PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A
PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna,
tennis courts, fitness room, laundry facilities, and a pool and BBQ area
(summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is pet friendly
(one pet allowed upon approval). All guests receive complimentary full access
to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,
steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a
first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two
parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free
to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

The unit is right by the Eagle Lift, so it's great for skiing. You can walk to the lift without worrying about parking. The unit itself was clean and just as advertised.

Mammoth Summit Eagle Lodge
A stress free experience and excellent customer service with easy check-in and departure. We were allowed an early check-in and late check-out which allowed an additional day of skiing. Property was as described and walking distance to the Eagle Lodge lift. We had an excellent stay and would book this condo again.

Great location
This property was very conveniently located close to Eagle Lodge. It has underground parking which is convenient with all the snow. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything one would need including an air fryer. We had an issue with a fuse that was fixed quickly during our stay. I would take 1 star off because like most places in Mammoth it could use a refresh.

I really like how clean and comfortable this property is and over all comfort. This was the first time I sayed in the main bedroom. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the mattress in that room. It is super soft. So soft that we took turns sleeping on the sofa.
The apartment was perfect for our long weekend away in Mammoth. Our son got to snowboard in July! We rented a boat in Lake June and hiked three days in a row in local areas. All of that activity was made possible because of the location. Our teenage son had his own space upstairs which was perfect for him. The kitchen is adequate, fully stocked with everything you need. We even brought our dog along and she enjoyed the trip too. Great spot, great location! We'll be back!

Great Location
This unit was close walking distance to Eagle lodge.. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of extra linens. The fireplace was VERY temperamental, bring duraflame logs. The bathroom floor didn’t look super clean upon arrival. Coffee pot didn’t go with the dispenser and we ended up with coffee everywhere, it took over 24 hours for it to be replaced with a working coffee pot. Overall the unit was fine, ran down and dated but not horrible.
This is a good location, although not as good as Emerson and some other buildings. Also, the listing says it is 2 bedroom (in large bold font) and only elaborates that it is actually 1 br + loft in fine print.
The wall heater died as we stayed there. The handy man came in the same day I called, but did not actually fix it. There is a spare plug-in heater though, so was not a problem for us.
The hot tub and sauna are close to the entrance, but for some reason the walkway was not cleared, so one has to walk knee dip in the snow.

It was a wonderful vacation with our family and dogs. It was perfect time at the condo for family dinners and just hanging out. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna near by. The unground parking was perfect when it was snowing

Summit 293
The stay was excellent, only issue was all of the steps. The photos of the condo gave us the impression that it was located on the first and second floor, not the second and third.
Condo complex was generally in disrepair. A number of nearby units were 'condemned.' No elevator to the third floor condo unit. Tennis courts were removed or in disrepair. Pool was too far from unit to utilize. Water in Hot tub nearby was too hot to get into. Unit itself was not well cleaned. No air conditioning and the unit was hot the entire trip, especally the upstairs unit. Would never stay here again. Substantially overpaid for this condo, and moved to another complex which was significantly more upscale.
