This pet-friendly, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the ski-in, ski-out slopes of the Bridges community at Eagle Lodge and offers all the amenities and conveniences you need for your Winter getaway. The condo features a cozy gas fireplace, a private hot tub on your balcony to soak up those mountain spanning views, a full kitchen with all new appliances and complete cookware, and even a private washer/dryer. The open plan kitchen which is fully stocked with everything to prepare family meals, expands into a dining area with seating for 6 and barstools for 4, providing great open flow where the whole family can interact. The living area with a flatscreen SmartTV, DVD Player and lots of books and games for the family to enjoy, leads out onto the expansive outdoor deck with beautiful unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and valley all the way to Crowley Lake. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. The covered deck offers a private hot tub, outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. The master bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, private en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combo and access to the outdoor balcony. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with access to the hall bathroom with tub-shower combo located right outside the door. The private laundry room offers a side by side washer and dryer. This mountain chic property is one of only a few TRUE ski-in, ski-out locations in Mammoth and is located on the first floor with elevator access. There is a common area hot tub and sauna within the community for access also. The front entry offers a mud room area so you can store all your gear. If you are traveling with littles, feel free to request a travel crib/pack-n-play from us and we will make sure it is in the unit for your arrival. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates, cycle studio, trampoline room and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with outdoor parking for two vehicles (clearance 6' 10"). Guests will be provided two parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no stairs to this unit (with use of the elevator), no stairs inside, no smoking permitted, and one pet is approved. Our calendar is updated in real time. We chose this unit because it showed two bedrooms with one king bed in each of the two bedrooms and one couch in the family/living room that was supposed to be a pull out bed. The pull out bed was completely nonfunctional. The platform for the mattress was broken making the bed unusable and even dangerous with sharp medal wire poking straight up. This required one of our party to sleep sitting up on the couch which was very difficult, due to non supportive frame. NOT acceptable! The property was clean and the location is excellent but when the property advertises that it can sleep 6 and yet only has two functioning beds that is rediculous. ##### Ken T. May 27, 2025 #### Well-Stocked, Conveniently Located, Beautiful View Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was super easy and close to the unit - we were able to pick up the keys/parking passes after hours without issue. Unit was as described and everything we used worked. The kitchen was well-stocked, including a blender and crockpot. Furniture was comfortable with plenty of extra towels and blankets. The balcony was spacious with two tables, a hot tub, grill and views of mountains and lakes. One thing to note is if you're a light sleeper, the heater will wake you up (in the master bedroom). We ended up turning it down extra low at night to avoid it kicking on often, but were plenty warm as is. They also have space heaters in each room. ##### Greyson H. Jun 14, 2025 #### Beautiful views but smells like pet urine Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful balcony views however the master bedroom had visible pet stains and smelled horribly like dog urine. We had to leave the slider open. There was black dog hair all over the comforter which is unacceptable. The balcony had pet urine by the master slider. It’s as if the previous renter let their pet urinate in the same spot during their stay. There was a prescription pill laying on the floor near the bed. We went to Mammoth reservations to report it. The employee said she would let management know. But nothing was done to correct it. It was a nice location with a beautiful view..
