Nestled in a prime location with views of the Gondola, it’s the perfect mountain getaway for two to three families with kids. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in town! You’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. The fully equipped kitchen features modern finishes and everything you need to prepare family meals, while the dining area comfortably seats eight to ten guests. Relax in the cozy living room in front of the wood-burning fireplace and large flat-screen TV, the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. Each bedroom includes its own TV, ensuring comfort and entertainment for everyone. The updated bathrooms feature granite and travertine finishes, adding a touch of mountain luxury. This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests, is non-smoking, and pet-friendly. Upstairs, the first bedroom features a queen bed with access to a shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Last year, other than the refrigerator not being cold, we had a good experience so we decided to rent it again this summer. Well, it was very different this year and we will not be going back. First of all, when the property manager called to let me know the unit was ready for check in she informed me that the dishwasher doesn’t work or the garbage disposal!! Kind of a big deal when you have 10 people in a house planning on cooking and eating meals together! Once again, like last year the refrigerator still doesn’t get cold enough and this year the freezer only gives crushed ice and it took 3 days to make probably 20 cubes! This year the house had a bad smell like someone’s pet had probably had a few accidents in the condo, it was noticeable upstairs and downstairs! The carpet probably needs a shampoo and the couches could use a refresh too. The other major issue was that the key pad battery died and we had to go in thru a window. We are planning to come back and stay here again next year! Just a few minor things that would have made the property a smidge better… - we were short a couple of bath towels - the fridge and freezer weren’t cold when we got there and the freezer never got cold enough to keep food frozen - I assumed ( my fault) that there was a washer and dryer because it listed laundry pods and dryer sheets in the list of things included in your stay. Unfortunately there is no laundry available ( I think it might be behind one of the many locked closets) it would be nice to have laundry available after a day of bike riding or to dry wet clothes during ski season! Location can't be beat. There was plenty of space for our large group to be together but also have our own space with bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. for a large group. Jacuzzi and sauna were great too. Will definitely choose this property again. ##### Holly G. It had a lot of beds so it was able to accommodate our group. Check in was difficult, we had to go to a separate office to pick up our "key". But the key was just a code for the entry code. And the code was wrong and the office was closed so we had to call the On Call number. Seems like this could be easily streamlined for efficiency. Otherwise loved our stay. ##### Phil S. It had enough bedrooms, beds and bathroom; the location was quite close to the gondola; it was clean; it had a fireplace; they allow pets. The only downsides were that the decor is pretty dated, it was dark inside, and the lighting fixtures were poor (it could use some lamps or at least dimmer switches on the overhead lights). ##### Ian F.
