This upgraded 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is perfect for your large family get away with a spacious floorplan, and complete renovation. Redesigned upstairs to create a very spacious layout with a big open kitchen, dining room, main living room, master bedroom with private bath all upstairs! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking family gatherings, and dining room seating for 8. And then below, additional redesigning was done to allow for a roomier entry way, larger bedroom, and unique double bathroom with separate vanity area configuration. Custom barn door where the laundry is and energy efficient new windows throughout. Southwest facing corner unit with mountaintop views. The master bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and private en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms downstairs come with a Queen bed in both the second and third bedrooms, with a euro-style bunk bed in the fourth bedroom (Twin on the top and a Double on the bottom) with an additional Twin bed. There are two full bathrooms downstairs with the additional separate vanity area. This home is well stocked, with a travel children's pack n play and high chair provided to make travelling with littles that much easier.

Tucked away in the quiet corner of the complex and away from any main roads, but still just a one-minute walk to the red line free shuttle taking you to the Village, Main Lodge and runs to Snowcreek Athletic Club. A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountainside, restful location. Great location with easy access to Mammoth Creek Park and the Town's main shopping district off Old Mammoth Road. Less than a five-minute walk to the bowling alley and trail system.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people, no smoking is permitted, one pet is permitted in this pet friendly home (additional pets must be approved). The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Super clean, conveniently located, pet-friendly condo

This was the perfect place for our Memorial Weekend stay including both snow & sun. The layout, furnishings, and location were perfect for our group of 2 adults, 5 teens, and 1 dog. Access to the Snowcreek Recreation Center was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Well appointed townhouse and close to town

Our group had a relaxing stay in your lovely townhouse. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The whole townhouse has been updated and well done to accommodate an active vacation. We like the close walking distant to Old Mammoth road for access to restaurants and the town walking path

We felt the pictures and description wasn’t accurate. It stated there was 4 bedroom when there were actually only 3 which meant 4 Adult children (unmarried) all had to stay in the same bedroom which was something we wanted to avoid.

Great place but property management could use improvement

It was a great place to stay but it was kind of difficult working with the property management company. They charged us for a chip in the fireplace which was already there and I am pretty sure they wanted to take advantage of the insurance I purchased. Also, the fire place did not work for us and they were no help with that. The place also was short on towels for a place that sleeps 10

Convenient and cozy

The wood fired stove made this place amazing! So close to everything including mountain and restaurants. The hot tub was great. And we had room for four kids and our nanny. We loved our trip there!

Dirty, cold, outdated

This property was incredibly dirty. The floors were disgusting. We found dirty footprints on the "fresh" pillowcases in the closet. We would not allow our kids to walk on the floor without shoes because of the filth on floor. The property is certainly not newly renovated as suggested in property description. Bathrooms are very old. All the bed mattresses were very old, uncomfortable, and sank without any support. The condo would either be freezing cold or blistering hot despite setting the thermostat. Would never stay at this property again.

Dirty condo

This is an old complex of condos, which is fine but the improvements are just cosmetic. There are no dressers in the rooms, which I guess I should have realized from the pictures. They could put up some hooks at least in the bedrooms but nope. The floors were filthy from day one. There's no AC which I realize you didn't need in mammoth when it was built but climate change is real and in the summer It's hot upstairs. There was spider webs. The pros were 3 couples had their own bathroom and there are 4 bedrooms so that was accommodating for our group. It was pet friendly. All the appliances worked fine. But for all its shallow modern cosmetic upgrades it was decrepit and dirty. I'm really disappointed in mammoth reservations for the condition of this condo. For all the money I paid for this, it could have at least been cleaned well.

Great place for family gathering

This is a large unit that worked well for me my wife, my two sons and their families. Older unit that had been updated. Kitchen , dining and living room very nice set up. Very attractive and functional. We BBQ on deck once. Nice. Hot tub at complex is large and was enjoyed by all. Kids had fun in the pool. Dog friendly unit worked well. Very good location -many things walkable. Negatives a few minor maintenance requests e- mailed to mngmt were ignored( I did not call so maybe that would have helped) . Also vents lion did not work well as bedrooms got pretty hot. They had fans but did not work that well. Ceiling fans would have helped

Listen to the bad reviews

We travel a ton and I typically think reviews are too harsh so I ignored the bad reviews when booking this unit. This is my first time writing a negative review. We stayed here for two nights during a month long road trip. We were charged over $600 a night for this place and it felt like a cheap roadside motel. The bad: 1. The floors everyone mentions have not been addressed. Your socks will be black. It’s like a fine black gravel dust is coming out of the floors. They do offer slippers when you walk in but I can’t imagine using communal slippers. 2. TV in living room didn’t work. You had to hold cable to get picture but as soon as you let go it stopped working. 3. Coffee provide but no creamer 4. Bath products/soap were the cheap ones you find in cheap motels 5. Fridge would intermittently make loud buzzing noise 6. Check in is at 5pm and check out at 10am Good: WiFi worked Lots of bathrooms/bedrooms so good for a large group of young people who plan to just crash in unit If we had paid $200 or less a night then maybe we would have expected this but over $600 a night for this place is absurd. Everything is dirty/stained. It is not remodeled as indicated. It’s an old unit that got what looks like a $500 upgrade from Homegoods. This unit would be perfect for a bunch of college kids. The room with a map on the floor makes it look like this unit is for families but I would highly discourage people with kids from booking here. If we could have gotten refunded we would have left after the first night. We have stayed in one to five star hotels and houses and this is the first place my family has ever complained about. You will leave feeling dirtier than when you walked in.

Great Location but poorly kept home

I wish I could give this rental a higher rating. I was very excited about it based on the description and pictures but it did disappoint unfortunately. The main issue was the cleanliness. The floors and couch were filthy, the bedroom bedding had stains and holes on the comforter. I emailed the renal management company but they take like a day to respond, it’s not managed by the owner so getting a hold of someone is hard. If this place was deep cleaned and new bedding, it would be a whole different experience. Overall we still had a great time.

Great location and close to lifts

The property is clean and modern. The community layout of the washroom downstairs was nice and made things convenient. However, the beds are not comfortable and the floors seemed like they were cleaned with Pledge. Floors were EXTREMELY slippery - especially down the stairs and near the kitchen. If you plan on cooking, make sure you bring your kitchen essentials because it was slightly lacking.

our stay was great even though the fires and covid had a lot of things closed in town. My family loves to fish and Mammoth has always been our go to. I would have given a better rating for cleanliness , but the floors were so dirty you couldn't go bare footed. I would also put grab bars and strip tape in shower. My husband slipped and cut his hand.

Cute house and great location

The property is located in an area which is conveniently close to the village, which makes grocery runs a breeze. There's only 2 parking spots, but there is a small park literally right around the block where you can park your car over night, and is a nice short walk back to the house. The house was clean and well maintained, property manager was also really nice. However, the walls to this property are so crazily thin. You can hear every door shut, crick, and every step. If you sleep downstairs, you can hear every movement upstairs. But for a short weekend, can't complain too much!

Has Potential

The location of the house is only 10 minutes from the slopes, so it was easy to get around town. The PM's are great and helpful and when something was broken or not working properly, they came to fix it right away. Our biggest issue had to do with the cleanliness of the property. You couldn't even walk on the floor for 1 minute without making your socks or feet pitch black and one of the bedrooms had pillow cases with human and dog hair on it, which made us assume the bedding not been washed before we got there. The house is mainly all upgraded except for the toilets and showers, which also made the bathrooms look a little dirty as well. We wouldn't stay here again based on the cleanliness, but if they had a better cleaning crew that took the time to make sure the floors were clean and the sheets were changed, I'm sure it would have been a better experience.
