The vaulted ceilings on the upper floor provide an open feel to the living room, dining room and kitchen of this large floorplan 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner townhouse. Located across the street from The Village and entrance to the Gondola, you get the prime location without all the hustle and bustle. With new hardwood flooring, and new furniture this upper level provides a spacious living area for all the family to gather. With a huge flat screen TV, comfortable couch and recliners and cozy pellet stove in the living room, complete with DVD/CD player, it’s perfect for movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped, just like home, and there is dining room seating for all and then some. And you can bring your dog along with one approved pet allowed. The master bedroom features a Cal King bed with flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom has a Double bed, and a Queen bed also with flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. There is even an additional full bathroom with stand-up shower on the main upper living level. The Helios North complex offers an underground parking garage (no shoveling required!), sauna and roof top jacuzzi. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking, and 1 pet (dogs only) is allowed. There are 23 stairs to the unit from the garage, and is 2 levels inside. There is one assigned underground garage parking spot that will fit two cars tandem. Clearance is 9 ft. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Here are our list of reasons for two stars - you have to go to the property management office to pick up keys, which is a few miles away. Pitch black when we arrived so difficult to find and see numbers on door plus the porch light was not left on for us. Mounted next to the door has one of those locks with keypad that stores a key…didn’t understand why they wouldn’t leave jet there? Decor is outdated. Beds have the old style comforters that we’re certain are not being washed after each turnover. Master bedroom one was dirty with some noticeable stains. One day they had workers removing snow from roofs and pretty much blocked us in. No notice given and we had to climb over to get out. They were so loud on roof and shook the unit so much one of the decor items fell and broke (made sure we reported so we wouldn’t be wrongfully responsible). When you leave - you must return the keys back to the office, which again is a few miles away. The last and I’d say most unreasonable is you must take out all the trash to the bins. Isn’t that the reason for the cleaning fee? That was a first for us for this type of rental. The location of this cleans and comfy condo is ideal, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The layout was spacious for a condo with each of the two bedrooms having its own full en suite bath. The condo is walking distance to the Village Gondola and all the shops and restaurants there. The condo was immaculate, had all the necessities for cooking in, warm, comfortable beds, plush towels, and easy to use entertainment. The check in process was contactless and as easy as can be. We highly recommend this condo and would love to stay there again. ##### Mark M. The negative comment about low water pressure is not accurate. Water in all showers was great. This place is clean, comfy and close walk to the gondola. We got 14 inches of snow the night we arrived and the maintenance guy was shoveling and blowing walkways early for easy access. Would definitely book this unit again. The community hot tub was closed for COVID during ou r stay - next time. :) ##### Carolyn A. The layout was perfect for all of us to chill, cook, enjoy the fire, play board games, watch movies, and be comfortable. The location was perfect to where we walked to the gondola and town.
