Large Sherwin Villas Mammoth Getaway

There are three full bedrooms, a large loft bunk room and three full bathrooms with no one above or below you, so the unit is quiet. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms have a California king bed, a standard king bed and a queen bed. The kitchen, family room, dining room and another full bathroom are on the second floor. It’s an open great room concept with a deck and lots of windows for natural light. The third floor is a large loft that has two bunks beds with twin over full mattresses that can sleep 6. There are plenty of closets to hold your items and an outside deck to enjoy the view of the mountains! There is a ski closet with included sleds for the winter.

The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home with lots of counter space and cabinets for your stay. There is new cookware, bakeware, dishware and glassware as well as a rice cooker, Belgian waffle iron, Ninja blender, crockpot, handheld blender, and a large roasting pan. There is also a Weber gas grill on the patio. Our goal is make the condo your home away from home.

For coffee lovers, there is a Cuisinart coffee maker with an insulated stainless steel carafe to keep the coffee hot (with reusable filter or you can use #4 paper cone filters), a Keurig style single serve coffee maker, and a French press coffee maker.

For families with young children, there is a Pack n’ Play and a booster chair.

For those in need of Wifi, there is upgraded internet with 350+ Mb/s throughout the entire condo.

The complex is diagonal to Vons and walking distance to most of the restaurants in town as well as the bowling alley and the movie theater. You could not have a better location. We know you will have such a great time here with friends and family that this will quickly become your go to Mammoth getaway!

ENTERTAINMENT: We have smart TVs in each room. We use YouTube TV for live TV. We also have all major streaming apps that you can log into with your own account. In the loft, we have a Xbox with the Ultimate Game Pass for kids to play video games.

AIR CONDITIONING: For summer months, we have portable AC units in the main living area and in the loft. The ground floor bedrooms stay cooler and have fans.

PARKING: There is an open parking lot for the complex. There will be 2 parking passes in the condo to place on your dashboard. Normally, extra passes are not a problem and can be obtained from the onsite office. If you arrive after office hours, you can go by in the morning. The holiday weekends (Christmas, MLK, Presidents) are when the complex is pretty strict on 2 cars. Also, during epic winters like 2022, 2017, 2011… they run out of parking due to large snow piles in the parking lot. Street parking is very limited in Mammoth, but there is additional paid parking at Mammoth Mountain RV Park on Old Mammoth Rd.

WASHER/DRYER: There washer/dryers in the building next to the pool. You can pay through an app downloadable onsite.
